About
I’m Laura, and I offer counselling in Bedford for adults, young people and children with the hope to feel happier and more in control of their life.
We know mental health services are stretched with long waiting lists. Yet when you do get to the top of the list, services are often time limited and goal-orientated and they have to be.
Private counselling offers flexibility. Working on what you bring in your own time, at your own pace.
With 20 years-experience working with children, young people and adults, I offer therapeutic counselling to give us the time and space to work through the issues that are worrying you.
